Custom Order Terms
Thank you for choosing Estrella de Oro Jewelry for your custom piece. By submitting payment, providing verbal or written approval (including via text or DM), or confirming your custom order, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Estrella de Oro Jewelry and agree to the terms outlined below.
Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and must be paid in full before your item is shipped.
Accepted payment methods include:
• Zelle
• Cash App
• Venmo
• Debit or credit card
If you prefer to check out via our website using a Buy Now, Pay Later option (such as Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm), a 10% processing fee will be added to cover third-party merchant fees. This ensures that we can continue offering competitive pricing on custom orders.
Production Timeline
Custom pieces typically take 1–2 weeks to create, plus an additional 3–5 business days for shipping. If your piece is completed sooner, it will be shipped out promptly.
Design Approval & Revisions
Prior to production, you will receive a mock-up of your custom design. This includes layout, font, spelling, and any other agreed-upon details. Once you approve the mock-up, production will begin, and no changes can be made.
Please review all details carefully before providing your approval. If you are dissatisfied with the final product, concerns must be related to a clear difference from the approved design. Changes of mind or differences in personal expectation are not grounds for refund, remake, or revision.
Final Sale Policy
All custom and personalized items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on custom pieces once production has started.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate information when placing a custom order. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Spelling
• Font selection
• Date or name accuracy
• Chain or ring size (if applicable)
• Choice of metal (14K vs. 10K)
We are not responsible for errors or omissions not communicated during the design process. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before production begins.
Delays Due to Lack of Feedback
Failure to respond in a timely manner to requests for mock-up approval or additional information may result in a delay in production and delivery. We will make every effort to keep you informed, but we cannot guarantee timelines if approval is delayed.
Cancellations
If a customer chooses to cancel their order before production begins, the deposit may be applied as store credit toward a future purchase. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
Order Confirmation & Shipping
Once your deposit and email address have been received, we will create your custom order in our system and provide a digital receipt and order number. Shipping is free on all custom orders within the United States.
