Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in offering high-quality jewelry made from 14K solid gold, 925 sterling silver, and 925 sterling silver with 14K gold plating. All of our items are new and carefully inspected before shipping. Please review our return and exchange policies below:
No Returns
We do not offer returns on any of our items. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for your protection, we cannot accept returns. If you have concerns or need assistance with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges for another item if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in new condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, including all tags.
- You initiate the exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. (The day your order is delivered counts as the first day of the exchange window.)
Additional Fees for Real Gold and Silver Jewelry
All real gold and sterling silver jewelry may incur additional fees due to costs associated with custom sizing and/or shipping.Shipping Costs for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges:- The cost of shipping the item back to us.
- The cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Ineligible for Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@estrelladeoro.org or 281-760-9549. We will evaluate the issue and assist with a resolution.
Accidental Orders
Accidental orders, including those made by mistake or due to unexpected shipping delays, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Submit your exchange request via email or phone.
- Review: We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping: You can:
- Use a reliable shipping service (e.g., UPS or FedEx) with tracking and insurance to return the item.
- Alternatively, we can provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please note that the cost of the label will need to be paid in advance before it is issued.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for exchange.
- Replacement Shipping: Upon approval, we will ship the new item to you.
International Orders (Final Sale)
All international sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to the complexities and high costs of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders outside of the U.S. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country, which are not refundable.
