We take pride in offering high-quality jewelry made from 14K solid gold, 10K gold, and 925 sterling silver. Every piece is new, genuine, and carefully inspected before shipping. Please review our return and exchange policies below.

We do not offer refunds. We offer store credit or exchanges only on eligible items.

What’s Eligible for Exchange or Store Credit

We accept exchanges or store credit for items that:

• Are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging

• Are not custom-made or personalized

• Are approved by our team before being sent back

• Are returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup

How to Start an Exchange

• Email us at support@estrelladeoro.org with your order number and reason for return

• If your item qualifies, we’ll send return instructions

• You’re responsible for return shipping — we provide a prepaid label once the $10 roundtrip shipping fee is paid

• Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll either issue store credit (minus restocking fee), or begin your resizing or exchange

Please Note

• All exchanges must be approved first — items sent without approval will not be accepted

• Store credit is issued only after the item is received and approved

• We do not send new rings for resizing — the original ring is resized and returned once approved

• Resizing and handling fees apply for real gold and sterling silver items

• Shipping and third-party platform fees (Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal, etc.) are non-refundable

• If a refund is approved under special circumstances, a 15% restocking and processing fee will apply to recover non-refundable costs

• Signature confirmation can be added at no cost by writing “Yes, I want signature confirmation” in the cart notes

• Orders over $1,000 automatically include signature confirmation

Resizing Fees (Post-Purchase)

Our rings are priced based on standard size 7. Custom sizes selected at checkout include upcharges. If you need your ring resized after purchase, the following fees apply:

Restocking Fee

All approved exchanges or store credit returns are subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee.
This helps cover non-refundable payment fees, inspection, handling, and preparation for resale.
We appreciate your understanding as a small business working with genuine gold and silver.

Repeat Returns or False Claims

If an item is returned multiple times and is found to be in perfect condition, we reserve the right to apply additional shipping or handling fees before reshipping or issuing store credit.

Accidental Orders

Orders placed by mistake or due to unexpected delays are not eligible for return or exchange. Please double-check your cart before placing your order.

Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package appears to be missing, please contact USPS or UPS to begin a missing mail claim.

If shipping insurance was added at checkout, we will assist in filing the claim. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or going unclaimed:

• A $11.99 reshipping fee will apply

• If no response is received within 7 days, the item may be restocked

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at $0 or significantly below retail value due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any charges in full.
