By placing an order with Estrella De Oro Jewelry, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Bulk Buying or Resellers

Our jewelry is intended for individual customers only. Bulk purchasing and reselling are not permitted.

2. Accepted Payments

We accept credit/debit cards, Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Acima leasing, and our 90-day layaway option.

  • All third-party processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Layaway payments are non-refundable.

3. Pricing & Promotions

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotional codes, discounts, and sales are valid only during the advertised dates and cannot be applied to prior purchases.

  • Promotions may not be combined unless otherwise stated.

  • In the event of an exchange or return, the value will not exceed the amount actually paid. Discounts are forfeited once the promotional period ends.

  • Estrella De Oro reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

4. Exclusions from Promotions

The following items are excluded from discounts and promotions:

  • Made-to-order items

  • Select sterling silver items

5. Shipping

  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days.

  • During busy periods, processing may extend to 7–14 days.

  • Made-to-order items require 14–21 business days.

  • Signature confirmation is included on all orders over $1,000.

6. Exchanges & Returns

  • Returns are not accepted. In rare cases where a return is approved, refunds will not exceed the amount paid and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery (excluding custom/personalized items).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Preorders and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

8. Product Variations

Slight variations in weight, polish, or finish may occur. All items are crafted in genuine 14K or 10K gold unless otherwise noted.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

10. Content Use

By submitting reviews, photos, or videos, you grant Estrella De Oro Jewelry permission to repost and share content across our platforms.
