Returns & Store Credit Policy
At Estrella De Oro Jewelry, every piece is crafted in genuine 14K and 10K gold or 925 sterling silver, then carefully inspected before shipping. We want your return experience to feel simple, clear, and seamless while protecting the quality of our fine jewelry.
How to Start a Return
Eligible returns must be requested through your Estrella De Oro Jewelry customer account using the email associated with your order.
Once logged in, select your order, choose the eligible item you’d like to return, select a return reason, and submit your request for review.

Returns & Store Credit
We accept eligible returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
All return requests are reviewed manually and are subject to approval. Once your approved return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued to your customer account and may be applied at checkout toward a future purchase.
Store credit is issued based on the amount paid, less any applicable processing and handling deductions.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
- Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, including boxes and pouches, must be included.
- Return must be approved before being shipped back.
Please package returns securely in a shipping box. Jewelry should not be returned in paper envelopes or unprotected packaging. All packages must be fully sealed and taped securely before shipping.
All approved returns are inspected upon arrival. Returns that do not meet our policy guidelines may be subject to adjustment or refusal upon inspection.
Processing & Handling Deduction
Approved standard returns are subject to a 10% processing and handling deduction. This helps cover return shipping, non-refundable payment processing costs, and handling.
Additional adjustments may apply if a returned item does not meet our return guidelines.
Item Exchanges
Item exchanges for a different piece, style, or jewelry item are processed through store credit only.
Once your approved return is received, inspected, and processed, your store credit may be used toward a new purchase on our website.
Direct size exchanges apply only to eligible rings.
Ring Resizing & Size Exchanges
Ring size exchanges are handled as resizing services and apply only to the same ring in a different size. We do not send a new replacement ring for ring size exchanges.
To request a ring size adjustment, please submit a return request through your customer account and select “Too Small” or “Too Large” as your return reason. Please include your requested ring size in the notes section before submitting.
Once your ring is received and inspected, applicable resizing and roundtrip shipping fees will be invoiced to the email associated with your order before work begins.
Resizing invoices must be paid before your ring can be resized and shipped back. Delays in payment may result in delays in processing and return shipment.
Approved ring resizing services are not subject to the 10% processing and handling deduction applied to standard returns.

A $15 roundtrip shipping fee applies to approved resizing services. This covers shipping both ways.
Exchanges for different items, styles, or jewelry pieces are not considered resizing services and must be completed through store credit and a new order.
Final Sale / Non-Eligible Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Made-to-order items
- Earrings
- Body jewelry and piercings
- Gift cards
- International orders
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Shipping and handling costs
- Payment platform fees, including Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, PayPal, and similar services
- Buy Now, Pay Later processing fees
Any eligible changes, cancellations, or approved returns involving Buy Now, Pay Later orders are issued as store credit only.
Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
If shipping insurance was purchased, we will assist with the claim process when applicable.
Returned or Unclaimed Packages
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or being unclaimed may require an $11.99 reshipping fee.
Orders unclaimed after 7 days may be restocked.
Promotions & Discounts
- Discounts are valid only during active promotion periods.
- Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
- Promotional pricing is forfeited on returned items.
- Store credit is issued based on the amount paid.
Repairs
We offer repairs for most items. Please email support@estrelladeoro.org with your order number and photos to begin.
Fees and turnaround times vary depending on the repair needed.
