The ESTRELLA DE ORO mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by ESTRELLA DE ORO (“ESTRELLA DE ORO”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to ESTRELLA DE ORO’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of ESTRELLA DE ORO through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with ESTRELLA DE ORO. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18333224567 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other ESTRELLA DE ORO mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

We offer 14k solid gold, 925 sterling silver, and 14k gold-plated over 925 sterling silver.

What does "k" stand for?

“K” stands for karat, which measures the purity of gold. 14k gold means the metal is 58.3% pure gold.

What is 14k gold?

14k gold is a durable and high-quality gold alloy made of 58.3% gold and 41.7% other metals.

What is 925 sterling silver?

925 sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver mixed with other metals, usually copper, for added strength.

What is 14k gold-plated over 925 sterling silver?

It’s sterling silver jewelry coated with a thin layer of 14k gold for a luxurious look without the full cost of solid gold.

How will I know if my jewelry is authentic?

All our jewelry comes stamped for authenticity, ensuring you receive high-quality, genuine pieces.

Shipping & Delivery

When can I expect my order to arrive and how much is shipping?

Standard Shipping: Delivered via USPS in 3–4 business days. Free on orders over $75; otherwise, a flat rate of $6.

Express Shipping: Delivered via USPS in 1–2 business days. Flat rate of $10.

UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivered within 2 business days for $25.

UPS Next Day Air: Delivered the next business day for $50.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within the USA. We hope to offer international shipping soon.

Who are your shipping partners?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please reach out within 7 days if you need assistance with your order.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer exchanges for unworn, unused items in new condition within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and additional fees may apply. Please refer to our full return policy for more details.

How do I start an exchange?

Contact us at support@estrelladeoro.org within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the exchange process.

How do I return my items?

We don’t accept returns. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our exchange policy.

Can I get a refund after 30 days?

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.

Who are you?

We’re a small, family-run, mom-and-daughter jewelry business based in Houston, TX. We take pride in curating beautiful, high-quality pieces to help you celebrate life’s special moments.

Can I buy your jewelry in person?

Yes, you can shop in person! Our sister store, located inside La Michoacana Meat Market at 1220 Cypress Creek Way, Houston, TX 77090, carries a selection of our jewelry. The store operates under the name Joyeria Estrella, a long-standing family business.

We're located in Houston, TX.

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. For custom or made-to-order items, please allow an additional 3-4 days.
