Estrella De Oro Jewelry began with a small jewelry counter inside La Michoacana in Houston, Texas — just my mom, her warm smile, and a handful of gold pieces she believed in.

What started as a tiny booth quickly became a place where people felt welcomed, celebrated, and seen.

The Hardest Chapter

In 2021, everything changed when my mom was diagnosed with cancer.

I left my job to care for her full-time while helping keep the joyería alive.

It was the hardest season of our lives — but also the one that showed us the true meaning of strength, faith, and family.

She beat cancer in 2022 (✨ thank God ✨), and with that victory came a promise:

To grow her dream into something bigger.

In early 2024, I launched our online store with no team and no experience — just heart.

Our first few orders came slowly… until one day, a TikTok Live changed everything.

From six orders to hundreds, from packing at our kitchen table to shipping nationwide — this brand has grown because of the people who believed in us.
