All custom and personalized jewelry is final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

Spelling & Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all information entered at checkout is correct. This includes:

• Metal selection when applicable

Custom items will be created exactly as entered when the order is placed.
