Please note: Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by customer mishandling, accidents, or regular wear and tear. As with all fine jewelry, proper care is essential to preserve its beauty and longevity.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost stones or resetting if prongs are bent, worn, or damaged

  • Damage from excessive force, drops, or incorrect resizing by third parties

  • Soldering, repairs, or alterations caused by misuse or neglect
