Need help submitting a return? Follow the steps below to request a return and use your available store credit through your Estrella De Oro Jewelry account.

Log Into Your Account

Click the person icon in the top right corner of our website to access your customer account, or click here to sign in .

Sign In Securely

Enter the email used for your order. A secure 6-digit login code will be sent to your email.

Select Your Order

Once logged in, locate the order containing the item you’d like to return and click “Request Return.”

Submit Your Return Request

Select the eligible item and return reason. Before submitting, you’ll see the estimated store credit amount after any applicable processing and estimated insured return shipping deductions. If everything looks correct, click “Request Return.” Your request will then be reviewed for approval.

View Your Store Credit

Once your return is approved, received, and processed, your store credit will appear under the “Profile” section of your account.

Apply Store Credit at Checkout

During checkout, select “Apply store credit” under payment options. Your available balance will be applied automatically before placing your order.

Ring Size Exchanges

Need the same ring in a different size? We’ve made it simple.

When submitting your return request, select “Too Small” or “Too Large” as your return reason.

In the notes section, please include the new ring size you need (example: “I need a size 7.”)

Approved ring size exchanges use your original ring and are eligible for resizing services only. This applies to ring size exchanges only and not exchanges for different items or styles.

Once your ring is received and inspected, we’ll send an invoice for applicable resizing and roundtrip shipping fees before your resized ring is shipped back to you.

Please allow 3–5 business days after your return is delivered to us for inspection and processing.

All returns are subject to approval and must meet our return guidelines.
