At Estrella De Oro Jewelry, every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped with attention to detail. Below you’ll find our shipping timelines, delivery information, insurance details, and important shipping policies.

Delivery estimates begin after processing is complete and do not include weekends, holidays, weather delays, or carrier disruptions.

USPS, UPS, or FedEx may be used depending on your order value, shipping method, and destination.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, launches, or new product drops, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally ship separately if certain items are ready sooner than others.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may occasionally take additional time to appear during peak shipping periods or carrier delays.

Once a package has been transferred to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, transit times are outside of our control.

Holiday Shipping Notice

During the holiday season, carrier delays may extend normal delivery timelines nationwide.

We recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible for the best chance of on-time delivery.

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend selecting an upgraded shipping option at checkout.

Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation

Optional shipping insurance may be available at checkout and helps protect your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If insurance is not selected, Estrella De Oro Jewelry is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered.”

Signature confirmation is automatically included on orders over $1,000 for added protection.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin an investigation.

If shipping insurance was purchased, we will gladly assist with the claim process when applicable.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement or store credit depending on the situation and claim outcome.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and secure shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed may require an $11.99 reshipping fee before being shipped again.

Orders unclaimed after 7 days may be restocked.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations including Canada, Mexico, Australia, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Norway, and more.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • International orders ship DDU/DAP (Delivered Duties Unpaid)
  • Import taxes, customs duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs inspections may delay delivery timelines
  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges
