Every order is carefully inspected, polished, and packed from our studio in Houston, Texas. 🤍

We currently ship to many countries, including:

Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, and Mexico.

We hope to continue adding more countries as we grow.


Carriers & Services

All international orders ship with full tracking through:

  • DHL Express Worldwide

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited®

  • UPS Worldwide Express Plus®

  • UPS Worldwide Express®

  • UPS Worldwide Saver®

Carriers may vary by country and address.


Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing: Orders ship within our standard processing window (business days only).

  • Transit: Most international deliveries arrive in about 2–7 business days after shipment.

Customs inspections, weather, holidays, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.


Duties, Taxes & Customs (Important)

International orders ship DDU/DAP (Delivered Duties Unpaid).

This means:

  • Import taxes, VAT, customs fees, and handling charges are
    set by your country and paid by the customer.

  • These charges are not included at checkout.

  • DHL or UPS will notify you if payment is needed before delivery.

We are not responsible for customs delays or refusal to pay duties.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned because duties were not paid or the order was refused/unclaimed:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Any return fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund

  • Items marked final sale remain final sale

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered but Missing

  • In Transit/Delayed” usually means a temporary customs or carrier delay

  • If marked Delivered but missing, check with neighbors or your local carrier office

If you purchased insurance at checkout, we will gladly help file a claim according to the insurer’s terms.


International Returns

Due to customs regulations and processing costs, all international orders are final sale.
